These are Stainless Steel and they do come with the screws. Some comments: The screws are of a smaller gauge and shorter than I think are needed for these very sturdy braces. The brackets are very strong. The only negative, as mentioned by other reviewers, is that some of the brackets are bent short of a true 90 degrees. Some are in the 88-89 degree range, which will require some adjusting if you are using these for very precise construction. Overall, these are of a very high quality. Be sure to upgrade the screws if you are using these brackets for anything even mildly structural.They look good as in the ad.
