Installing the work surface, work surface adaptors & grinder bit. 2. Slide the bit onto the motor shaft, positioning the set screw over the flat side of the motor shaft. Position the bit on the shaft so at least 1/8" of the diamond surface is exposed above the work surface. 3. Secure the bit to the shaft by turning the set screw clockwise with the hex wrench. IMPORTANT information: Always secure the bit to the flat side of the motor shaft. Tightening the bit to the rounded side can scar the shaft and prevent bit removal! USING Install the grinder according to the assembly instructions. Install the diamond grinder bit on the grinding machine. And secure the bit to the shaft by turning the set screw clockwise with the hex wrench. Fill the water reservoir ≤200ml Open the switch and start grinding working.
